Hey Teacher Friend,
I am really (really...really) excited to finally share this with you.
Registration for the six-week Studio Reset Cohort is officially open! 🎉
This is for piano teachers, both new and well-established, who feel like their studio technically works, but over time has started to feel disorganized, draining, or even a little resentful when it comes to time and money.
Most teachers start a studio by building as they go, and at some point, realize they have built something functional, but the foundation underneath it is not as strong or sustainable as it needs to be.
I want to help you fix that.
Maybe your schedule looks full and things are busy, but your bank account is not reflecting that.
Maybe you have policies, but the studio is not actually running the way you hoped it would.
Maybe a lot of small decisions have stacked up over the years, creating clutter, and now everything feels harder to manage than it should.
Maybe your studio just needs a complete overhaul, and you aren't sure where or how to start.
The Studio Reset is a guided six week container where we break apart the foundation of your studio piece by piece, kind of like spring cleaning. We make a bit of a mess on purpose, then we put everything back together with clarity and intention.
We look at your philosophy, goals, lesson formats, tuition structures, policies, and systems. All the things that determine whether your studio truly supports you or slowly drains you.
We make thoughtful adjustments together so your studio feels manageable and still supports you financially.
This is especially helpful if you have found yourself thinking, “I put so much out, but I am not getting much back,” or if you know things need to change but you are not sure where to start or when you would even find the time. Or maybe you keep telling yourself, “I will deal with this later,” and later never comes.
Enrollment is open now and will close on February 6.
This will be a very small cohort. I am only taking six teachers total.
Details are here on the website: www.scrappypianoteacher.com/reset
If this feels like the nudge you needed, I would truly love to have you.
