The Policy Triangle and Calendar Workshop is happening THIS Friday, June 19th at noon Eastern.
This workshop is not about grabbing a shiny policy template and hoping it works for your studio.
It is about building confidence behind the policy you actually need.
Because YOUR studio is unique.
- Your schedule is unique.
- Your students are unique.
- Your teaching philosophy is unique.
- Your financial needs are unique.
- Your capacity is unique.
And all of that matters when you are writing policies for the year.
Inside the workshop, we will look at your policy through three pieces:
➡️Philosophy
➡️Time and calendar
➡️Financial reality
Then we will use those pieces to think through your lesson formats, tuition model, registration fee, calendar, missed lesson structure, payment collection, communication, withdrawal policy, and parent acknowledgment.
The goal is for you to leave with more than a list of policy sections.
I want you to leave with more confidence in why your policy says what it says.
You will also receive the Policy Triangle Workshop Workbook to guide you through the process.
And yes, the policy audit is included even if you cannot attend live. Once you have time to work through your policy, you can send it to me and I will give you honest feedback on clarity, structure, and whether it lines up with what you are trying to communicate.
