This 3-day event is part workshop, part work session—designed to help you refine, streamline, and strengthen your studio before summer ends.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
Day 1: Studio Systems​
Whether you are creating your foundation or hitting refresh, we will talk on the foundation of your studio and set up workable systems with templates.
Day 2: Calendars, Policies & Events​
You’ll map out your year, revise your policy that actually works (including a make-up policy that protects your time), plan flex weeks, and calculate tuition that reflects your value.
We’ll also cover how to communicate all of this with clarity and confidence.
Day 3: Parent, Practice & Progress​
You’ll prep your onboarding emails, create practice support tools, and build simple systems for student progress—all set before fall.
